Could Phenotypes in Preschool Wheeze be Recognized? Demet Can Balıkesir University Faculty of Medicine, Pediatric Allergy and Immunology Identification of phenotypes and endotypes of asthma provided countless benefits, primarily precision therapy. Numerous studies has been conducted to identify preschool wheeze which is known as infantile asthma. Our level of knowledge on phenotypes and their prognosis has strongly improved especially after the availability of birth cohorts results. In this review, our aim was to identify clinical features that will help to differentiate between phenotypes of preschool wheeze. İnfantil astım olarak da bilinen okul öncesi hışıltı da fenotipleri belirlemek amacıyla çok sayıda çalışma yapılmıştır. Bilhassa doğum kohortlarının ileri yaş sonuçlarının elde edilmesi ile fenotipler ve prognozları konusunda bilgilerimiz artmıştır. Bu derlemede okul öncesi hışıltı fenotiplerini ayırt etmemizi sağlayacak klinik özellikler belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.
