Abstract

In this report, we present 15 years old girl with catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia who had cardiac resuscitation due to cardiac arrest and her sister was died from cardiac arrest. Catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardias (CPVT), without structural cardiac abnormalities, can lead to sudden cardiac arrest during exercise or acute emotion. Patient with CPVT usually present with exercise induced syncope and diagnosis made based on family history. Background of these case highlighted the diagnosis and treatment of CPVT.
